Everyone was ok only sunrise A for a half an hour I saw that nurse made this number fall hard.
Suggested improvements
The after care by Sunrise A. there was a woman after the operation who warned the bed empty immediately even I was in pain.

I waited more than 3 hours for an endoscopy, when ins unacceptable.
Suggested improvements
Improve the waiting time and inform the patients about the approx wait time. It’s not the nurses fault.
